I have already used Tyler two times. He is by far the best inspector I have ever had. I have moved 16 times in 25 years of marriage and never never never had such a professional and helpful and respectful inspection ever. He leaves no stone unturned and actually makes it all so easy to understand—what’s urgent and what’s not.

His report is not only professional but amazingly understandably and has photos to document every detail.

He absolutely coves everything–does not rush–and gives such a super readable, understandable report in such a reasonable time (FAST). I cannot say enough great things about him. He loves what he does and it shows!!!!

I will never use anyone else or recommend anyone else EVER!! You will be in the best hands no question and anyone that does not use him is crazy and will regret it!!! HE IS BY FAR THE BEST I HAVE EVER USED/SEEN/OR EVER EVEN HEARD OF!!!!!

Both inspections were on time, Very detailed, very professional, very thorough—the best I have ever had!!, Very personable, very helpful, very honest.

Tyler does not hesitate to tell buyers what is wrong, and give them an idea of potential solutions.

Tyler enjoys what he does. I told him he really earns his money when he goes up on the roof; he replied, I love going up on the roof.

Compared to other inspectors who have found excuses not to go on roofs, Tyler really does a complete job. Even when the roof is really high, or there is not access, he finds a way to get some photos of it.

I represented some people on a bank owned home. Tyler found a number of things we had missed. Buyers are relieved that Tyler gave them info to save them buying a home with lots of problems, even an active leak into the attic. We later learned that there was another unit for sale in the same complex, that had a report available, but that report missed the very expensive roof issue, stucco issues, and more. We even found out by doing further checking that the HOA did not have reserves to take care of the issues.

Tyler is the best! He makes himself available quickly, and does a great job. Home buyers LOVE him

We had little time remaining to complete a home inspection. Tyler agreed to come out the very next day and provide a full summary of the inspection a day after that. When I showed up, Tyler was already there (early… and waiting to get started). Tyler was very professional. He provided a high level verbal report before I left (I had another meeting to get to in a hurry).

To my surprise, Tyler had the entire report to me only 8.5 hours after he started. I did not expect him to send it over the same day, but I appreciate the fact he is working his tail off. Great quality, great information and great attitude. I highly recommend Tyler and I have considerable experience buying and selling homes, so I am not new to working with inspectors.

I knew from the start that this would be a positive experience. First, Tyler made a last minute appointment to fit me in. He then arrived 30 minutes early for the appointment! He encouraged us to follow him around as he performed the inspection so we could ask questions and see any potential problems with our own 2 eyes.

He was clear with his explanations, the report that was provided was clear and had plenty of pictures and arrived shortly after the inspection, and there was no feeling of being rushed at all during the inspection. I will definitely use Tyler again if (when) I buy another house.

Tyler was so responsive, starting with answering the phone on the Monday of Memorial day weekend. He made time in his scheudle to fit in a last minute appointment the very next day at 7 AM! When I arrived at 7 the next day, he was alreday there, ready to begin his work. During the inspection he was thourough, easy to talk to (which was important to me since my husband could not stay the whole time and I am a novice at home inspections and house buying!) and answered all of my questions, allowing me time to take notes and make sure that I understood all that he was telling me as well as filling me in on the follow up work that would be required.

When he was done, we sat down with my realtor and the trhee of us reviewed the big things that we had seen and again, I was able to check for understanding.

I would defintely recommend Tyler to anybody about to do an inspection or pre-inspection on a home becasue of his professionalism, attention to detail and friendly nature.

Tyler was there early before we showed up. When we did arrive he had already completed the exterior of the house (roof, gutters, plants, siding, cement, etc.) Before we even stepped into the house to continue the remainder of the house inspection he went over everything that he had checked out and explained in full detail with pictures of what has to be worked on.

Once inside the house Tyler was very thorough in checking everything. I even followed him for a bit. He explained what he was looking for and what work had to be done on what he was looking at. He spent about 4 hours at the house.

At the end of the inspection he went over the prominent items that he felt needed to be looked at right away. It was less than 24 hours when we received the inspection report along with pictures of everything that was looked at. I felt he did an excellent inspection and would recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection.

This was actually the second home inspection Tyler has done for me. The first was a fourplex that I ended up walking away from because of the help from Tyler. He found stuff that I probably never would have discovered and he took the time to explain why the items were important to get them fixed.

The second inspection was for a new condo and even though it was brand new he still took his time and was incredibly thorough.

Again, Tyler is awesome, always on time and incredibly thorough. I’ve used his services twice now and both times I’ve been very happy with his professionalism and quality of inspection. He’s great at answering all of your questions no matter how small. Top notch!

Tyler did a home inspection both inside and out (structural, electrical, plumbing, roof, windows, walls, skylights, (you name it) on a home we had put an offer on.

Tyler did a fantastic job! He was extremely thorough – pointing out issues he noticed as he went along. Tyler took the time he needed to really investigate every part of the house. He was there for three hours (ending at 5pm) and had his 46 page report in my email inbox by 10:30pm the same night! The issues he discovered were significant and while we are still negotiating with the seller, his information is vital to ensuring our new home will be in tip top shape rather than discovering surprises after we closed. Tyler did a home inspection for us. He went on the roof, under the house (this one had a tight fit),he inspected the whole house. He was early and was already on the roof when our real estate agent arrived. Tyler did a fantastic job. He was friendly, punctual (early in fact), very thorough and professional. Tyler responded immediately (after hours) and went out of his way to work us into his schedule. He was thorough and professional, with a calm demeanor. Tyler did a fantastic job in inspecting the new home we are buying. He is very professional, friendly and detail-oriented. Although it was snowing on the day of inspection he showed up early and took the time to go through every part of the home in detail. As a first time home buyer we did not know much about the inspection. Tyler took the time explain each and every minor issue and gave some valuable tips on home maintenance. He was able to find even minor things that other home inspector would probably have overlooked. Best of all he was able to send us a detailed inspection report on the same day (on a weekend !!).
